Booking Season: When to Reach Out for Fall Events

April 30, 2026 · 2 min read

Fall is my busiest stretch - carnivals, festivals, and a lot of birthday parties. Here's when to lock in your date.

Between school carnivals, harvest festivals, and the usual run of fall birthdays, my weekends fill up fast starting in September. If you're planning something for October or a weekend close to a big community event, the earlier you reach out, the better your odds.

As a general rule, I ask for at least 2-3 weeks notice, but for popular fall weekends I start getting requests two to three months out. If you already know your date, go ahead and get on the calendar - you can always work out the details later.

You can see my public event schedule or send a private booking request any time - I'll follow up within 24-48 hours either way.
